Good book but I feel like most of the topics that covered in this book doesn't apply in Japan.

I heard about Dr. Valter Longo thru the podcast of Dr. Rhonda Patrick (findmyfitness.com).
I've been curious about stem cell activation and fasting practices, and I've been practicing different diets for optimal performance.

Dr. Valter Longo dedicated years of research to share these discoveries and knowledge with the public.
the best part is he doesn't take profits from the books, it goes all to the charities.

I highly recommend this book.
