A heart-warming story about food, family , dreams and hope and how love can come from the person you least expect it. Pedro & Larissa are such beloved characters to me and the depth that the author put into to them has me in awe. I highly recommend this wholesome book , also have some tissues ready because it certainly made me cry at times.
I think my issue was I went into this book thinking that it was a cooking romance which in fact it is not. I mean there is cooking and a romance but they are separated. Tbh I liked jasmine a lot but I really didn't like the love interest that much
The ending left something to be desired I don't get how no one realized Amelia was missing also what was the purpose of Sam's pov. Overall even though this book was hard to get into it was entertaining and intriguing. But writing style made it difficult to enjoy because every time something really interesting or suspenseful happened there was a massive letter from the wife which got annoying after awhile because I just wanted to see what happened. I will say though that I didn't guess any of the twists and my jaw dropped
Rereading this book in preparation for its sequel was so amazing I forgot how sweet, amazing , wholesome & funny it is. I'm forever obsessed with it
I really enjoyed this book the characters and the friendships they shared. The romance in this book was really cute and wholesome
This book is one of those books that's hard to describe, it's a intangible feeling , the characters, the setting everything is woven together so intricately & beautifully. I loved the mystery & whimsicalness of the bookstore. I was immediately obsessed with Theo, his kindness , jubilance & depth while helping Olive & her father navigate their relationship really touched my heart
One thing I loved about this book was the ending I never would have ever in a million years guessed the ending that reveal left me speechless. 2.5 stars I honestly had to force myself to finish it and I didn't like the characters at all.
I really thought I had everything figured out but , boy was I wrong. I absolutely adore this book and the characters especially Luca and Amarande. Amarande might be one of my favorite characters I've read ever in a fantasy book. And Luca sweet Luca I fell in love with him from the very beginning he's literally sunshine and just so so kind. I absolutely cannot wait to read the 2nd book
I binged it in a day , I loved seeing Chloe's journey after her injury & all the characters
I wish they actually described them doing the competitions and the sequences , all this work and I didn't really get to see it.
I read this book in 2 days. I literally just sat and read this most of today and just finished it, I am in awe of how good this book was because although it wasn't what I expected I thoroughly enjoyed it. I really enjoyed the dual storyline and I thought it was going one way and it went a different way. I only guessed 1/6 of the ending. I highly recommend this book it is unbelievably good!!
This was an emotional rollercoaster of madness and when I thought I had everything figured out something even crazier happens . I really enjoyed it though I was in the edge of my seat !! I would probably give this book 6 stars !! I highly recommend this book
The writing in this book really painted a picture in my mind of the characters their emotions & thoughts. I am obsessed with the writing & the characters in this book. Such a wholesome read!!
This book was amazing I loved Wes and Liz in Better than the movies but this book really made love them both more especially Wes. Wes was a more complex character and I was surprised how much I related to him and the need to project happiness even when I'm not
I absolutely loved this book it was so wholesome and sweet !! It did have me tearing up a bit too
When I thought this would be a cute little lighthearted read but I sobbed my way through this entire book why did it hit so hard
My first Coho book. I dnfed this book at 178 pages it just wasn't my cup of tea , and the premise didn't sit right with me. I know some people love this book but I personally don't see the appeal
This book is not fast paced , it took till 150 pages in the book for it to get slightly suspenseful. I feel like the reason Chance got involved in this whole mess was so stupid. 1.5 ⭐️✨ rounded up.
