The repeating of things was a bit annoying but liked the twist at the and

I didn't like the main character and the banter wasn't as flowy as the first book

She was not ready to be in a relationship but I thought the scenario was cute. It started off great and then was slow during certain parts

Started SO promising but did not like the romance and delaying the revel of who she is was frustrating

DNF- with the thought of the bossy horror she was about to do.

I ran out of time and stopped reading about 40% of the way thru, I would pick up again but have other stuff I wanna read first

DNF 50% thru. I've been reading this for a year as the book I read to the beach and I just realized it wasn't what I wanted and I don't really like detective novels and I didn't realize it was a series and I'm not interested in getting into a series

DND 35% thru, I would have ate this up in middle school but just not my type of book anymore
