Ca și colectie de poezii, mi se pare ca trebuie recitită pentru ai întâlni valoarea sa adevărată. 

Experiența de citire a acestei cărți a fost ca și cum m-aș fi frecat cu hârtie de șlefuit direct pe piele. 

Pentru oamenii care consideră că această carte avea nevoie de perspectiva Otiliei, ați pierdut esența romanului. Sunt conștientă că este un produs al timpului său dar calitatea scrierii și efortul depus pentru complexitatea personajelor (chiar dacă superficial ar putea fi tipare) m-au pus să-mi regândesc recenzia inițială. Roman reușit și întreg iubit.

Nu a fost stilul meu neaparat.

I think this book showed me a new perspective about life, family, friends and sexuality. This book was and it is one of my fave books.

Personal consider ca alegerea Cătalinei o fost greșită. De eram în locul ei, deja eram în spațiu cu Luceafărul.






(da știu ce importanță și semnificație are poemul, dar la momentul actual nu mă aflu aici să dau opinii concrete pe un text discutat de mai bine de 140 de ani, tot respectul pentru cine o face totuși)

I think I shed a tear on (not literally on) every volume I've read of this story until now. I love it.

The art, the style, their relationship, everything about this manga is so beautiful and I would like to see more of it soon. Hopefully in the future volumes, we'll get more background to their connection and what will become of them.

Nu m-a atras neapărat stilul de scriere și nu m-a prins în lumea sa, spre deosebirea fanilor romanului. 

Nu am destule cuvinte în vocabular să spun cât de mult m-au marcat evenimentele din acest roman. Tot ce pot zice este că acesta este un bun exemplu al literaturii române, aceasta nefiind pe cale de dispariție.

not my taste, unfortunately

I was not the biggest fan of her narration style, which is completely personal and subjective of me to explain. It was not for me

I realised i can't listen to audiobooks with smut. 

I wish I had elaborate words to explain my feelings about this book, so I will leave this instead:
I cried and it hit home, from the Eastern European culture to the hardships found in those countries, it is nice to be seen, even on a tangential note.

I am honestly afraid of what's gonna happen next. Knowing Fujimoto, anything is on the table. Explosives 90%

I couldn't stand how unresponsive the main character was. I know it was the point, but I don't think it was for me.
