the plot was absolutely incredible, i'm fully convinced nobody will be able to find out the murderer's identity for this one unless you're hercule poirot.
Come to think of it, The Creator of this world literally left a book for us. Literally the best book ever.

this was an intresting book! my first time reading a book from this author, and i quite liked it. defenetly looking forward to reading more of his books!! this was somewhat a relatable book, i bookmarked quite a few pages and quotes.
here's some of them:
"Mornings seem forced to me. So much sadness rises up, Ican't bear it. I hate it, I really do. I'm an awful sight in the morning. My legs feelso exhausted that, already, I don't want to do a thing. I wonder if it's because Idon't sleep well. It's a lie when they say you feel healthy in the morning.""I didn't know whether it was better to maintain a fierce distinction between yourself andyour acquaintances in society in order to deal with and respond properly tothings in a pleasant manner, or rather never to hide yourself, to remain true toyourself always, even if they say bad things about you.""Now, even when I make an outfit for myself, I wonder what other peoplewill think. The truth is that I secretly love what seems to be my ownindividuality, and I hope I always will, but fully embodying it is another matter.I always want everyone to think I am a good girl. Whenever I am around a lot ofpeople, it is amazing how obsequious I can be. I fib and chatter away, sayingthings I don't want to or mean in any way. I feel like it is to my advantage to dothings I don't want to or mean in any way. I feel like it is to my advantage to doso. I hate it. I hope for a revolution in ethics and morals. Then, myobsequiousness and this need to plod through life according to others'expectations would simply dissolve."
This was so good! Definitely lived up to the expectations. I loved it but I didn't give it 5 stars. This is my first time reading a book with dragons, vampires, love potions etc. in it and I'm kinda enjoying it. My first fantasy read series was the shatter me series by tahereh Mafi last year, I liked that one too (recommended by booktok girlies hehe) i read this book in 2 settings.

sooooo uhmmm, it was okay. i guess?
I don't really neccecerry LOVE poetry, but when its relatable, I enjoy reading it.
this book, at first glance it was starting off pretty good, but randomly it starts to talk about topics that probably wasn't really neccecerry to include.. like Karens?.
it was pretty basic, i've read better poetry books than this about trauma/love/breakup etc. this isn't anything new.
i found some quotes interesting though, here's some of them:
“loving you is like drinking diet cokeon an empty stomach i can feel you burning inside of mebut im just happy to feel something “if you wanted to be with meyou would be here already”
I'm trying to give Sarah J. Mass a chance... I decided to start with the throne of glass series. it was fairly good I guess? I'm not totally obsessed with it, as other people who fall inlove with the series and binge read it in a single week, but ill continue reading it to see how it goes... if i like the books later on, I'm going to read the assassins' blade third or fourth. i had huge huge hopes for this one, didn't really live up to too much expectations, but i hope it does in the later books.
Rough 4 stars***
Mostly because of the unfortunate ending. I often can't really bring myself to rate books with bad endings 5 stars...
I liked Catherine's and Jest's dynamic alot! I loveeeeee the cat. Am I the only one who wishes he existed irl?
Also loved hatta.
Anyways, speaking of characters here's the WORST characters:
(That REALLY annoyed me)
Peter Peter guy
The coward “king”
Mary Ann (if I spelled that correctly) backstabber
it was interesting and relatable. i annotated almost the half of the book. I loved it but i don't know if ill ever reread it because it brings back the unwanted memories and stuff like that, I read it in one setting. i never really thought poetry would be this relatable. I think the cover is too simple though.
I remember DNF-ing this book 2 months ago. decided to give a chance. kind of glad I did.

First time reading Dostoevsky. white nights was... Fairly interesting. And devastatingly sad. The main character's feelings are somewhat relatable. I feel him.
An amazing book about body language. would highly recommend it! it was interesting to read, it was slow-paced but i enjoyed it. i took notes. many people say that they already knew everything from the book already but i don't really think that's true. i would be lying if i said i already knew everything that was in this book before reading it. unlike other body language teachers on the internet, saying nose touching or neck rubbing means lying, joe Navarro says otherwise. its a stress signal and a pacifying behavior, detecting deception is hard only based on body language, and everyone please take a note about that! seeing someone is nervous doesn't mean they are lying. anyway, i really enjoyed reading the book, i would gladly reread it.
this was my first time reading one of agatha's books. it was AMAZING. i loved the last two chapters, the ending was brilliant. im known for picking up a book and reading a couple of pages and then never picking it up again or just reading it in a very slow phase. but for this book, i finished it so quickly! defenetly looking forward to reading more of her books!! 5 stars!
As a religious person, it's hard to understand how a person can believe in absurdism. While this novel is a perfect way to describe and show what absurdism is, it's also a good way to see how people lose some of the most important morals, including not showing empathy or feeling guilty of murder. It's honestly sad that there's many people in this world who act like the main character in this book.
