First time reader of S. J. Tilly and I think this was a good way to end my 2023, it was enjoyable. This book follows Hans, a man who lost so much two decades ago and still carries on with that pain. He lives his life destroying the people that destroyed his family all those years when he's not busy following and watching his neighbor of course. If you want your neighbor absolutely obsessed with you just take pointers from Cassie, she's figured it out. What I specifically love about this book is the different POVs at the end, definitely makes me want to read the rest of the series.

I have beef with both Hugh-dini & Charlie. Yes, they were forgiven and they apologized for their wrongdoings, but I feel like they were let off the hook too easily. Especially Charlie, one “I’m sorry” does not make up for all the years of BS that girl was put through. Still Hugo & Stella were very hot 🥵 the elevator scene was everything and that damn pineapple mystery was hilarious almost as hilarious as Wulfric’s obsession with keeping the pineapple away from Hugh-dini 😂

Oh lord, I cannot wait to start the next book. This will definitely have you feeling a bit off because the MMC was married to the FMC’s mother and he spent the last 4 years taking care of her (the FMC who is now 18 years old), but I’m a sucker for stepfather x stepdaughter so let’s see how this goes. How it went from fatherly love to “I want to fuck your brains out” is beyond me but I am excited for their full-length book.

For once I read a book where the MMC is not clueless when it comes to a woman liking FMC's man and is not afraid to call a woman out on it. Loved this book, it was well written and I'm a sucker for enemies to lovers. I love that the Aria is not this thin character, she had her curves and the insecurities that came along with them when you have a mother that criticizes your body. I saw the growth and loved every minute of it. I 100 percent recommend this book.

I've read some pretty dark books but this one right here—takes the cake! At first I was like “yeah girl get your revenge” but then as I kept reading I was shooketh (a good kind of shooketh). Mallory Fox did not miss with this one and I can't wait to read the rest of the series. Definitely recommend this read (if you're into dark DARK romance)

This prequel is set 3 years BEFORE Cruel Intentions and it starts off with Xavier’s father being a cheating bastard (doesn’t actually describe him cheating but he cheated) and leaving his wife for his mistress. Now I didn’t know how to react to it because some of the words coming out of Victoria’s mouth (the wife) had me saying “see this is why he’s leaving you”... Who threatens their child with killing them if they decide to move in with their father and the girlfriend? Victoria, that’s who. At this point I don’t like either of his parents, when/if you read this one you’ll understand why I can’t stand either of them.

Though this was a very quick read–about 35 pages–it sure had my mouth gaping open every time Xavier opened his mouth. The shit that came out of that man’s mouth is crazy and to a 15 year old? INSANE. But hey, I never said I didn’t like insane so let’s see where this series takes us, shall we?

Very interesting story, first time reader of Chelle Cypress and not at all disappointed. I was so happy for Arianna & Silas only to feel as betrayed as they did towards the end of this book. I definitely recommend you give this book a try once it's released—tomorrow Nov 1st!

I absolutely loved this book and the ending was better than I expected. If the previous books are as good as this one then I definitely need to sit down and get to those. The only thing I would change in this book is the fact that he didn’t grovel enough for me. After what he did to her and how he made her feel he needed to grovel a lot more and she should’ve made him work for it. But other than that it was a great book.

First book I’ve read by Marni and I want to read more. The spice was amazing, the writing was immaculate. This book follows Rowan & Cooper. The Spades (Cooper & his family) have always been in competition with the Coles (Rowan and her family) so when Cooper meets Rowan she withholds her last name for obvious reasons. That night turned into them needing each other more than they expected. When Cooper’s uncle and Rowan’s father decide to merge their companies Cooper doesn’t take the news of Rowan being a Cole very well and refuses to ever touch her again. Did he keep his word when he said he wouldn’t touch her again? Absolutely not. Did I mind it at all? Fuck no. I don’t think there was anything that I didn’t like about this book, not even the accidental pregnancy. The book was just that good, I was hooked from the very beginning and I definitely recommend it.

I don't usually go for slow burns but this one was a great read. This is my very first read by C.W. Farnsworth and I have no complaints. This book kind of reminds me of the movie A Perfect Pairing and I loved reading every second of it.。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°。°He's a country singer—the KING of country but he wants out and is refusing to resign with Empire Records or any other label. She's a girl working in the Artist Development department when she really wants to be out discovering new artists. I am a sucker for Grumpy x Sunshine so imagine my surprise when the FMC turns out to be the grumpy one. No complaints, I was so here for it. Face Off is the second book in the Seattle Serpents series, I definitely skipped the first book and I didn’t feel lost at all. The main characters are so easy to love, especially Rory simply because we’re alike. I didn’t expect Lawson to be the way he was and I think that’s why I liked him so much. I really appreciated that he pressure Rory into saying those 3 little words.I absolutely loved this book and I can’t wait to read more of Teagan’s work.

To me there’s just something about a man that loves a kid as if they were his own that gets me hooked on the single mom trope and I don’t even have kids!

If you saw me say that Chance was my favorite in this series, no you didn’t. I take it all back because I didn’t know Luke was the way he was, that man had the kitty purring–ifykyk. I loved Jade as well. She was such a badass. Honestly she has to be one of my favorite characters in the series. As always I loved the group dynamic, the way they protect each other with no hesitation. Valentina, did you have to do that to Tyler? Poor Mila didn’t deserve that. Now I need Tyler’s book, I need to know what happens with him and Giovanna. I was hooked on this book, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Uff, just when I thought V.B. Emanuele couldn’t get any better; she goes and writes this one. I thought I liked Vincenzo (Tryst MMC) but I was not ready yet, so here for James (Charm). The daddy kink was heavy on this one and that somehow made it so much better. The way the 🌶️ scenes were written, just 🤌🏽 chef's kiss. So good I had to rearrange my top 10. I do have to say the hypocrisy radiating off of Eliza when she found out about her dad and her best friend as if she weren’t dating her father’s best friend was crazy lol. I expected her to be chill about it considering Maddie didn’t exactly hide her feelings for James throughout their friendship. 100% recommend this book to those kinky enough to handle it.

This is such a cute read, I'm definitely looking forward to reading the previous books. I love how Elliot was just there and ready to help get her out of a crappy situation. He has my whole heart and the spice was so good. There's a special place in hell for people like Liam though (aka Catherine's baby daddy). Julia Wolf has gained herself another reader.

First book that I read by this author, I liked the read but the fact that he cheated the same day they got married isn’t sitting right with me. And it doesn’t help that the first sign of trouble runs to her 😒 claiming he didn’t sleep with her.

I can’t help but wonder if the rest of the series has the cheating trope.

This was a good read, I'm giving it 4 stars because I was having this issue with how Ashlyn and the entire family reacted. Like everyone could do their fair share of recklessness but she gets drunk one time and marries someone who the family knew, that WASN'T exactly a stranger and they chose to react like that was the worst thing in the world. And then the whole Easton calling Lindy up with another woman in his bed thing was a no for me, it was unnecessary. I liked that she stood her ground and didn't shy away just because they were in public.

I was not ready for tears. No one told me there would be tears (not between the couple but because of what Jules has been through) speaking of what Jules has been through, I feel like she forgave her father way too quickly for the amount of emotional trauma she had. It was still a good read and definitely recommend if you're into roleplaying.

I’m not usually the type of reader that enjoys the troubled marriage trope but this book was a cute one. It was well written and I can really say that whenever I had the chance I was picking up my ipad to get back to this book. In this book Lauren feels unheard and unseen by her husband who never seems to spend much time with his family, his job came above all else and he wasn’t even noticing how that was affecting his marriage. That is until Lauren cancels their family trip and their kids find out about an appointment for Lauren with a divorce attorney, they come up with a clever plan to get the trip back on track–with help from Jack’s dad, of course to try and keep Jack & Lauren together. The ending was great for them and not at all the ending I was expecting.

I haven’t read book 1 but I definitely have to. I loved this story even though Magnolia got a little annoying after the reveal but it was fine because Trip made up for the annoyance that was Magnolia. He was such a sweetheart and as I’ve stated before there’s something about a man that loves their partner’s child as if it were his own. He must be protected at all costs. The prologue ripped my heart in two for Trip and his best friend’s family but I thought it was super cute that he kept meeting up with his best friend’s parents for his birthday every year. I also absolutely despised Travis and I am actually glad he got the ending that he got, it was what he deserved.

I was very excited to read this book until I actually started reading it. It's just something about Bridget that prevents me from connecting with her. I do love the friendships and how protective the team is but other than that I can't really say I enjoyed or cared if the main characters got together. I feel like they were doing too much and Ash should've just left that girl alone after the first “no”

I don’t usually read sci-fi fantasy romance books but this book was pretty entertaining. Took me a second to get in the loop but I got there and immediately took a liking to Sage and then Damian came along and I was so for it. I shipped them immediately. This was definitely a fun read for me with romance, smut, action, and pizza. If you’re into sci-fi this is definitely the book for you.
