Natalie is taken on a romantic getaway by her boyfriend of a yearโHudson. She believed she would get a proposal on this getaway and she ended up getting something totally different. Lies get exposed and to top it all off, someone has run out with Natalieโs life savings and she has no cell service to try and get to the bottom of it.
First time reader of Leah Cupps and Iโm excited to say that it wonโt be the last! WHAT. A. READ! That plot twist definitely got me, this book was written so well. If you know me, then you know I absolutely love a good book that gets you thinking. While I was busy looking for things that would justify my blaming Hudson for everything that happened with Tess (his college best friend) I didnโt think there could be another person to blame, I was so hellbent on it being Hudson. The ending couldโve been better, death was an easy way out for the one who was truly to blame for Tessโ disappearance and Natalieโs money issues and the epilogue was not what I expected but at least I got some answers I needed. Overall this was a great read.
