Ok so please don't go thinking this author's asexual experience is how all aces are. They kinda blend asexual and aromatic together without mentioning it. I'm pretty sure I'm asexual too but I don't/didn't experience the revelation of being ace like this at all. Plus the “avoid eye contact”, “anti social”, needing to recharge after socializing isn't just a ace/aro thing, more introvert and autistic spectrum (not that that's a bad thing)! The books fine for a graphic novel introduction to asexual but there's better books to explain the sexuality.
