I've never expected that I would like this book so much. It's not really a typical NA book, but rather a bit different. Normally, the main character is size 0 and has interests in this out of reach guy. This book hasn't got a size 0 main character, and I love it. The rest of the book is kinda normal with a hot rich guy, a wild night, a potential other love interest and a good end. But this book felt different, in a good way. I loved it and I'm really looking forward to another book in this series ( if it's ever coming) but I will read some other books of Virna DePaul!
I laughed my ass off when Julia was in the cafe searching for information about Bastian and saw the ‘naked pictures'. Her reaction was priceless. Bastian is a really good character. It works with me, but I felt like the issue with his health could have been more worked out. A bit more information and back story wouldn't hurt anybody. But I loved the way they met each other, and Kevin is real best friend material!
I must say I am surprised by this book. I loved Rich, who is disabled and goes to a ‘normal' school for the first time in his life. He's so scared and gets bullied by the mean kids on his first day. Dee, his second hand for the days at school feels a bit like she doesn't know what she's doing, but she's alright. I loved Amy and miss tilly, they are really nice too Rich and help him whenever they can.
The book is written in a bit of a childish way, but I guess that is mostly because Rich is a younger boy and it's written form his point of view. It was a bit annoying, and that's why I gave it four stars. I do think that this is a great book to help people understand what it's like to be disabled and relay on people all day. It really helped me to understand that more.
I revived this book from NetGally, thanks for that!
I was so cracked up by this reborn thing and the not talking... the end is still a really big plot twist 😞
I loved this book. I love to read about cops and what they go trough. Ash wrote a real feeling book with real emotions and real feelings. I just loved it!
Actual rate: 4,5 put of 5 stars
I. LOVED. THIS. BOOK.
I already liked the movies, but I never actually read the book. The book is so much better as usual, but I really enjoyed it. It felt real and good and I just loved it
Christina is one of my favorite characters in the movie, but I really disliked her for being so jealous and disrespectful to tris. I do really love four and tris and I totally ship them!
Actual rating: 4,5 out of 5 stars.
I've got this E-books through Netgalley in return for my honest opinion.
I loved this book. It felt like a mix between Warcross by Marie Lu and The Program by Suzanne Young, Two books that I've enjoyed. The book was well written, the characters were really cool and I felt like they were in their right places. The writing style was really enjoyable. Not to easy but not to difficult either.
I feel like this was a really good book, and definitely worth it to buy!
I received this e-arc from NetGalley in return for my honest opinion.
actual rating: 3,5 stars.
This book confused me, a lot. A lot was happening but there wasn't enough explanation. There was so much stuff, so many names and things happening, but I understood 50% of it. There were a lot of names and I had no idea what they were talking about. This is also the reason that I give the book 3,5 stars. But besides that, the book was really good. I really liked the characters and the story - for what I understood - was really cool. I highly enjoyed Valia's writing style and I'm looking forward to the second books. Because I still need to know what happens.
But it just occurred to me that I have a long time for book two. This book isn't even out yet. God.

I liked it. It was a bit of abracadabra with all the medical terms but it gave the book the Medical vibes.
I really liked the characters but I felt like a lot of it wasn't revealed yet. That would have made the book a lot better. The romance was also really short. A week together and already in love. Felt a bit unrealistic. But like I said, I did like the book. The romance was cute and fluffy, just the way I like it! I also really loved the writing style, this made it all a lot better for me.
So, I'm going to read the second book when it comes out, just because of the characters!
I loved this preview! I've never read the other books by Susan Dennard, but I was intrigued the moment that I saw this preview. Even better, it's book 0.5! This meant that I wouldn't really spoiler myself as badly as if it was book two.
I loved the photo's / sketches in the book. I haven't read the other books, but I love the main character from this part. Might be an evil character after all, but for now, i really loved her.
I'm so ready to read the other books by Susan!
I got this book from Netgalley in return for my honest opinion.
I had no idea that this was a part of a series. I literally realized it when I was updating my GR and saw it.
But, it was also doable to read it as a stand-alone. There were a few things that would have been better if I'd read the entire series. But that is just my bad.
I enjoyed this book. I really did. I have a weak spot for royal romance books and this is even better. The main characters are both Royal, even though one of them wasn't born like that. I love it when books continue with the same characters developing in life. Most books cut off after just one book and continue on with a new pair of characters that were introduced before. So, yay for this book. It was a bit short in my opinion, but that might be because it's book 3.5. Who knows, I've only read this book.
Oh, and i'm going to read the other books in this series because I love the characters.

Again, I did not really know that this was the second book in a series. It did say it but I don't know..
Sooo, this book was awesome. I thought it would be a fluffy romance read, and it started like that. And then halfway through, some things happened and it was an action-packed full adrenaline read. Man, I did not see that coming! So, I was laying in bed, totally shipping the hell out of the main characters when some things happened. And then I laid in bed until I was able to move and to do stuff because I just wanted to read.
God, I loved the characters. I am a sucker for books with royals and celebrities. This book had the last one and I loved it. The book was also longer then I expected. I just loved it, go read it!
And I'm again going to read the other books in this series because this one ended with a major cliff-hanger.
I like the books. They're not good, great or fantastic, but they're fun. I was really in the mood for these books even though I'm not interested in reading the entire series. I've always felt like the series is waaaaay too long.
This was quite literally your average Dystopian. Somebody joins a rebellion, one person you ‘don't expect' joins the cause, something goes wrong, one person gets under some sort of control, the other tells the person they love them, they snap out of their control and all is well.
Yeah, your average dystopian.
I found some books (2, to be precise) that I would love to read. I had no idea that there was a YA one, so all the books that I want to read are YA books. Still, I love the little parts of the books and I'm glad that there are books like this. Thanks Netgally!
I don't know how I managed to get through 50% of a book without anything happening. The ending did make up for it. Despite nothing happening, I was kinda entertained and I don't know why. I do love Sophie's writing, that might be it
I received this book from Netgalley in return for my honest opinion.
I enjoyed this book, which was not something I was expecting. The main character is neurodivergent which is so interesting. To see the world trough Roan's eyes was a fun experience.
The world is really rich and colorful trough her eyes, and I really liked that. She's impulsive and I shake her hand on that. She's really there for her family and friends and that was one of her best traits. I really enjoyed Galin and Roan. The plot twist were all over the place and that made the book much more enjoyable.
Overall, I really enjoyed the book and I had so much fun while reading it. Really recommend the book!
I received a copy from NetGalley in return for my honest opinion.
I really enjoyed this book. The romance was fast paced and it was really fun to read about Amber and Ian. The pacing was a little to fast for me. They want from hating each other to loving each other really fast. I did like the tv show aspect of the book, it was something different I really enjoyed.
The writing was fun and easy to read. I finished the book in a little over a day, but I missed the extra spark that would have made it a 5* book for me. Maybe that was because the romance was just too quick, with little to no extra content.
Echt heel simpel geschreven.
Becky is so awesome and so awkward at the same time. I would drown in shame if things like this would happen to me. And I would have punched some people. Like, a lot of them.
Love the series so far!
