Good, but disappointing. I don't like how this book was advertised as a standalone book and clearly was never meant to be. The ending was not satisfying at all. I don't think I will read any more of this series. If it gets turned into a movie (which it almost surely will), it could be really good with the right combination of actors/actresses and director. It could easily go the route of the Twilight series and be absolutely dreadfully awful.

Decent book, but not good enough to warrant an “I liked it” rating.
