Excellent read easy to understand great self help book

i really enjoyed this book especially the poetry and the how the promts for journaling tied into each poem. its really Creative. highly recommend this book. especially if you like poetry and journaling.

I really enjoyed this book! It really took me by surprise. I was definitely on my toes reading this book. My heart hurt realizing that how bad they trusted this guy just to realize that he wasn't who he said he was. The book was very well written and able to comprehend everything that was happening!
