This is a first hand account of a member of the USS Arizona while it was attacked in Pearl Harbor. I originally thought the book would be about Donald Strattons experiences however I found that there was far more to the book. A GREAT read!

This book is a magnificent look into the lives of three pioneers in aviation history as well as military aviation history. I found this book very informative while engaging even though there is jumping back and forth between the three main characters. I found it easy to follow along. I highly recommend this book!
