not my shit. i'd recommend it to kids tho. i get it why they read this in school. if my teacher would ve gave me this book to read as homework when i was 12 i probably would've liked it. the dialogues were so fucking bad the first like.. 8-9 chapters i wanted to throw it out the window. last chapters were interesting a little but it still doesn't deserve more than one star from me
A very touching story; it made me cry a few times. I don't know what I expected this book to be like, since it was very hyped, I thought it's not worth it. But boy was I wrong.
Nowadays super hyped books are literal trash but this one touched me in a way a book rarely does. It might even go to my fave books shelf. Totally worth the hype and I will read more books from Colleen for sure. Easy to read and no useless and boring details. It's a 5/5 from me.
and this took 10 years of gathering these infos? and all these endings make no sense really. what do we even learn from this book? also the chapters are so messy i had to read one woman's story at a time. couldn't focus reading like it is. i don't get what the point in that is. why are there no quotation marks? takes you ages to understand and get used to that lol
2 stars for the people in the interviews. the cover is cute but that's not the tr1 or tr2 Lara, it's no Lara at all. the pics are dark, you can barely see what's going on in them. the fact that the author made SO MANY typos and didn't even write the levels' names correctly makes me wonder... what the fuck is this? many paragraphs were thrown in there twice, the interviews weren't even a little bit edited like the repetitions or the 1000 “you know?”s. the 4 blank pages at the end are just a big LOL. waste of paper. also the price is just insane for ... I can't even call this a book, i'm sorry.
