I'm still in the process of reading but already know that this is a five star read for me. I can see how this book inspired 1984. I really loved the suspense and characters and the writing style. Definitely recommend for those that love dystopians

This audiobook was good and I loved the storyline of this. it had the creepy and suspense I always look for and have become a fan of jackson's writing. I've read the haunting of hill house and this one was so good. I still think the haunting of hill house is still my absolute favorite of hers.

she is an incredible story teller but holy moly will this forever give me nightmares. Its a terrifying alter reality that i hope to never experience in real life.

Why did it take me this long to read book 1 i dunno but that was actually really good!? I am officially hooked and loved everything about celeana and chaol and dorian. Nehemia was my favorite. All and loved it from start to finish. If you havent read it you need to!

It was okay. I wasn't a fan of 6 separate stories but I understood what the author was trying to do. It was very interesting and the first story with the twins tore me up but overall a pretty good quick read. Definitely sparked my interest with the technology advances and trying to achieve perfection in each characters way.

Loved reading this to my kiddos. It was just as fun and whimsical as I remember from reading as a kid. Now I really want to go and watch the movie x.x. I don't know why i thought the authors name was Ronald Dahl and its really Roald Dahl but hey whatever works. Beautiful story telling definitely glad I have the scented peach edition for my shelf to reread in the future.

After doing on again off again reading with this one and trying to dredge past the annoying footnotes towards the end made this worth a four star read. I loved opal and just overall loved the way the storytelling is done in this book. But alix girl you can do without the footnotes. When reading along with the audiobook it just really ruins the flow of the book at the beginning but it makes sense what is being done and i appreciate the story as a whole to say you need to read this book.

It was suspenseful and gripping and I was eager to learn more but that twist and ending I'm not sure i am a fan. Glad I got this from the library this is a one and done for me.

This was a pretty good book. I was irked by some parts since I was listening on audiobook but for the most part really liked this one and would recommend it.

This book had so many messages built into this and i really loved the main character aubry tourvel. Loved her spunk and sass and personality. Definitely would say this is a one time read that will stick with you for sometime.

This was so good but so long. I needed to switch to audiobook because I was having difficulty with pronouncing character names and the locations. Loved everything about this world and can't wait to read messiah and the other books in dune but definitely loved the characters and their growth. The way the people of this planet have to live is interesting and the harkonnens were an interesting enemy.

So I had heard from someone somewhere mention this was a sleeping beauty retelling. This is far from a sleeping beauty retelling LOL. This was soooo sooo sooo good and the creepy factor was just as satisfying as home before dark by riley sager. I think I honestly have a new favorite genre and its shockingly horror and paranormal thrillers lol. Who would have thought!?! But I loved the characters and loved the build in this one and I'm so so so glad I own a copy of this because I can see myself rereading this in the long future. If i could give 10 stars i would. it was really that good.

I have never heard of this author before and now I'm really glad I have read one of her pieces. this story is incredible and has a heartwarming message about personal growth, love and determination to achieve goals. I definitely recommend this book.

At first this book made me question what the heck i was reading but as I got deeper into this book I realized how incredible the message is about self discovery and how machines can be as close to human and learn that. I loved this book a lot. there is a lot of smut in it but loved how I was on the edge of my seat to find out what happens next.

I'm not sure how this reads as a thriller when the first 75 percent of the book reads like Desperate Housewives of jersey shore.... it took till 75 percent of the book to finally get into a murder mystery of a character and I felt like this last 25% of the book is rushed. I heard so many recommending this one off BookTok and would not recommend this one unless you are into the drama and catiness. Definitely not my cup of tea...It was laughable in some parts with how ridiculous the scandalousness was taking place but its definitely not something I could pick up again.

It was a really good book though that ending i was definitely expecting that final twist. The different twists really got me a few times but this book was definitely one i wont forget. I loved this one as much as i loved the four winds and firefly lane and the nightingale. Definitely recommend but definitely keep the trigger warnimgs in mind.

I really liked this book the characters and the creepiness everything. Such a gripping great book overall. I'm definitely obsessed with Horror books now thanks to this one.

I ended up DNFing this one. It went from a extreme of creeping me out and then was too intense with the explicit content for me. Just not something I could continue reading/listening to. I pretty much lost interest 50% of the way through

Well that was a wild ride! So so good. I must be having really good luck with picking good books because this one had me trying to find out what happens next. definitely enjoyed it and will be granting this a 5 stars.

This was far better than I expected. Much darker than i expected but definitely catchy that I didn't want to put it down.

I'm really loving Haig's writing. Needed to get out of my reading rut and this nonfiction was fantastic when it comes to the topics of anxiety and depression in mind. definitely a good listen

After so many times of having to restart this one I have to say that twist at the end was pretty good. I thought the story could have been shorter and dragged a lot but this was a good quick read to listen to get out of this major reading slump that I'm in.

What an incredible storyteller. i am so obsessed with Acevedo's writing style. This story was gut wrenching but the unity really shined through this all the way through. So glad I listened to this one. Definitely a story I wont forget.
