The book does a wonderful job of covering a wide range oh history and personalities, focusing on individual struggles as well as the growth of the west as a hole. A great book for anyone interested in cowboys, cattle barons or the development of the western US.

Interesting Stories from the North

This book is a collection of stories of various cargo flying endeavours around the world. The way it's written is very conversational. In some ways that's good, as it doesn't get bogged down in flowery writing or jargon. It does at times lack organisation and at many points stories will co-mingle or come one after another without much reason.

Overall, a great read for those interested in a life of flying on cargo planes, living adventures and getting into(and out of) tricky situations
