Some readers differentiate between “fantasy romance” in which the fantastical elements of the storyline are more prominent, and “romantic fantasy” in which the romantic elements of the storyline are more prominent.
Either way, readers who enjoy the meeting of these genres are transported to and immersed in fantastical, magical worlds in which anything is possible, especially epic romances with happy endings.
With villains and heroes straight out of a dream and supernatural phenomena like time travel, you never know what could happen next.
If you haven’t read a fantasy romance novel before, check out this book list from our community and get ready to lose yourself in some impassioned adventures.
