Hardcover, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent as described below.

📬 Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) in error or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification. It must include:

  1. Your name, address, and phone number.
  2. A description of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court in the district where your address is located (or Salt Lake City, Utah, if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original DMCA notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
