Zenith Man

Not Particularly Engaging

The narrating style of this book annoyed me, and I can't quite pinpoint why. Something just grates at my nerves, although I must admit that there don't seem to be any glaring issues in terms of writing quality.

I expected a sinister, suspenseful, or spooky story but instead I got a very predictable and disengaging story which felt somehow both too long and too short. I was not impressed or entertained, though I did like the few educational moments.

Overall, I kept waiting for something dramatic to happen but nothing ever did.
