Yoga Nidra Scripts

I liked this book for ideas with themes, and to really see different ways to experience yoga nidra, however I didn't love all the scripts. I think it will be a very good tool to help me with my own script writing, as it really helped me understand what parts of the nidras I enjoy the most.
