Writing Down Your Soul

I use the library a lot but this is one that I'm going to buy. This book is not your average journal writing book but seems to touch a deep place in me which is weird since it has an odd blend of Christianity and New Age thought going on. Who knows why some things speak to us but there's much more that I can learn and apply from this author's writing.
