To be fair I'm not sure what my expectations were. I think I wanted more of the mindset, but wanted new teachings that were life changing.
So basically, if you're incredibly new to writing or researching writing this could be great. If you've read widely on these things there's nothing new here. And there are more complete books that cover these topics.
