The story wasn't bad overall and it is a rather cute summer read, but it was just missing something. There were parts that just rubbed by the wrong way and the ending was left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand the reasoning behind the major twist, but I think the same ending could have been reached in a different way. Everything tied up too nicely in an unrealistic way.
