2 stars! I liked the plot quite a bit, but the characters were another thing.

Elizabeth really bothered me in this, she was portrayed as very flawed, and there wasn't really a whole lot of redeeming qualities...

However, it was a very interesting read- I especially liked the Goblin King, I just had a problem of picturing him as David Bowie from the Labyrinth movie, lol.

The book was very good, don't get me wrong- I liked the plot, the world, just not the protagonist. The ending did give an interesting edge to the story- should I continue or not? I will most probably read book two, but it may be awhile.
