Walk the Wire

The plot was overly complex, but the book was a crossover in the Baldacci universe as it included characters from another of his series. And not just a limited cameo appearance. The crossover characters played a big part and had more than just passing participation. That made the story vastly more compelling and fun for longtime fans.
