I was born of nothing.
I'm a Void, a rare supernatural capable of absorbing powers at the brush of my skin.
Feared. Hated. Untouchable.
Thibault Academy is full of supernaturals that want me dead, and the most powerful of them, the Paragons, will stop at nothing to ensure I go back to the hell I came from. They're cruel, heartless, and have created an unlikely alliance to take me down.
If I want to learn how to control the nothingness, I'll have to survive them.
I was born of the void, but I'll die from the power.
This is a reverse harem bully romance.

I was very hesitant to read this book. The classification of Bully Romance was off-putting for me. But the synopsis was intriguing. So I gave this book a try and I am so glad I did. This will be a book that I will read over and over again.
I love that for once you saw the growth and change in their relationship. The book was long enough to let the characters develop. Instead of breaking things up into multiple books that never truly lets you connect with all of the harem.
I would recommend this book to any reader who respects realism. The hero isn't always the good guy and he doesn't always see or accepts what is right in front of him. Book Boyfriends are human too (LOL). They can make mistakes and choose to grow from them.
I had some issues in the beginning, with how the men treated her. But then I thought about how much prejudice affects people's empathy and human courtesies. These two authors wrote this perfectly. The battel between taught hatred and allowing yourself to make your choices, to trust your feelings and experiences was spot on.
For those of you who, like me maybe on the fence about reading this book. Go for it. If you are a lover of the Beast trust me you won't regret it.
I adore Raven Kennedy. When I saw this book was out I immediately picked it up. I was concerned because it is academy and bullying, buuuuuut I honestly think it was done really well.
I ended up loving the characters, I enjoyed how the relationships were built, how feelings grew and changed, and I liked the plot conflict. Seriously, I devoured this book and loved pretty much every little thing about it. I wasn't too happy with the events leading up to the end, but I'm happy with how the book ended.
I didn't think I'd end up liking a standalone RH, yet here we are. This is one I think I'll be re-reading in the future.
