Unoffendable: The Art of Thriving in a World Full of Jerks

The 3 stars for being a story about overcoming obstacles, and showing yourself stronger than them. Any story of this kind, with struggles that turn out to empower the people involved, deserves some appreciation. Minus 2 because I haven't felt like I got any practical, direct advice about how to be myself less offendable. Inspiring, though not very pragmatic.
