Those Empty Eyes

I read 50% then the Revelations part and the last part so ???? I probably read about 70% of this book total.

First part was AWESOME, but then we get all these different POVs from random people and I swear a recap of everything that had happened every few chapters. It was so annoying. Just tell me the new information without explaining again how we got here.
Oh and the mystery regarding Laura (mentioned in the description) doesn't even happen until the 50% mark which made most the beginning of the book feel like filler and backstory.
