The premise of this book was fine, but I definitely didn't love the FMC as much as I think I was supposed to. Her growth was small and slow, so I felt like I still viewed her as pretty selfish in the end.

Also, although dual timelines is fine, I was hoping for more witchiness and less of a one time spell.
