I was curious about how this collection would merge real-life “spy stories” with “self-help”.
TL;DR It was meh.
Apart from the chapter on “Deception” and “Self-Discipline”, the content felt like it was trying really hard to make the whole “being a spy and being a better version of you” theme work.
Served as a decent white-noise while doing lame mindless tasks around the house. I didn't particularly enjoy this.
