A 102-Year-Old Doctor's Six Secrets to Health and Happiness at Every Age

This is a book that gets four stars because of the energy, the ease of reading, and the intent of the book. It doesn't mean that I agree with everything in the book.
The book is divided broadly in 6 sections each of which contribute to an aspect of improving a person's life-force. The chapters in these sections are small and easy to read. I found myself skimming a lot of the content and didn't find myself lost or unable to understand.
I think it's a book worth reading.
