The Tyranny of Metrics

Ironically, the average review score for this book does not do it justice. This book is the best non-fiction I could read this year. Written with approachable vocabulary, and anyone who has ever worked in corporate, medium-to-large companies, or generally in any kind of office could relate to some of the problems generated by this metric-obsessed culture.
