You can't help who you love. Your heart doesn't wake up and go through a list of things that it needs to adhere to before feeling something for someone. It doesn't understand societal norms or prerequisites like race, religion or hell, like with us, whether or not there are people close to them venturing down the same path. It only knows that it likes the way it feels when it's with the one that beats to match it. Love doesn't judge. Love isn't forceful. Love just is.
