This was a very informative and helpful book. I think actually it would be helpful to own not just to rent from the library so you could go over the helpful questionnaires and exercises again over the years.

Surprisingly relevant for a twenty five year old book (it has received a couple updates) and exceptionally actionable. Highly recommended for marrieds are want-to-be marrieds.
