The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo

This was fun, but it didn't pack the emotional punch that I was expecting. Sure, lots of emotional things happened, but I found that I never connected with any of the characters in a way that made me feel for/with them. I think the writing was just too formulaic and detached for me (and honestly, kind of mediocre). I did still enjoy this, but sadly it's not going on my favorites shelf, like I hoped it might.
