The Serpent's Shadow

A thrilling conclusion to Riordan's Kane Chronicles. I have expressed before that I find the Kanes less likable than Riordan's other leading kids but I actually liked them a little better in this installment. Sadie still drives me crazy but I even she was growing on me by the end. This is always a safe bet for kids who like adventure stories.
