The Search Party

Mystery thriller taking place in Cornwall where a group of university friends with their respective family reunite on a glamping site, the bold and controversial project of two of these friends, but the reunion turns sour where tragedy strikes during a terrible storm. 
Well I have to say I absolutely inhaled this book.  It's a real page turner, enriched by different povs slowing unfolding the plot and showing how each character felt and reacted during certain moments, mixed in some heavy themes of parenthood and trauma .  The author did a great job with the descriptions of the landscape, in greatly evocative details. The plot was full of twists but despite having guessed a couple of things before it was revealed, it really kept me going and there were several other twists I didn't see coming.  An incredible thriller I devoured in only one day.
