There are very few things that keep me awake at night. Brandon Sanderson is now officially one of those. I got my hands on this a week after its release and its done and dusted in a day. Now back to waiting for the next one. This book is being talked of as young fiction but frankly I don't think Sanderson can write anything that is that simple. The only reason that this is to be considered young adult is that the setting is more simplistic with the focus more on its magic system than its implication on the world as such. Brandon has created magic systems in each of his books but this one truly needs the sketches that he has provided. As this series continues I can see the sketches becoming a phenomena:-). I really don't know which series I am now looking forward to - The Rithmatist or The Stormlight Archive. That in itself is a statement on how good this book is:-)
