The Princess Saves Herself in this One

All of the oceans and galaxies did not conspire together to create me just so i could reproduce for you.- startling fact #1.

I'll be honest I picked this one up solely by the title and nothing else.

Overall this was a good poetry collection, easy to read and relate to if you're a woman. But I felt like it lacked structure, as in it felt like random thoughts being thrown together but maybe that was the intended effect. Some parts were written beautifully, i especially enjoyed ‘the queen', but others were okay, not the type of poetic beauty in words i was expecting.

However this was a fun change-of-pace read, and i appreciated reading the poet's vulnerable thoughts and feelings and my heart goes out to her and  everything she's been through>>>
