In another part of the world, Marina is stuck in an orphanage with her guardian, who has given up on their mission and chosen to ignore everything to do with Lorian.Review: This book is pure plot and a page turner. It's decent with the overall story and adventure doing the heavy lifting and making up for the superficial characters and sometimes awkward dialogue. I love the idea of an alien race on the run while they gather strength and learn how to use their legacies.
