The Original Adventures of Hank the Cowdog

Found some old books I had as a kid and found my favorite one. I used to collect all that I could find. Hank is a narcissistic Cow-dog that does normal dog stuff but thinks that was he's doing is necessary to ranch operations. He has a doofus sidekick Mutt and they battle coyotes threatening to kill their chickens. The book isn't as good as I remember as a kid but a nice throwback none the less
