The Nature of Witches

This book had so much potential, but it missed the mark so much. The dialogue was so stiff and often unnecessary. I never felt connected to any of the characters. The entire book was 350 pages of weak plot. There was a good overall plot, but the character-specific plot gave me nothing. It was an original idea-witches that helped control the climate-but the plot was Nothing New (feat. Phoebe Bridgers) (Taylor's Version) (From The Vault).

I love love loved this book so much! The relationship between Clara and Sang was adorable, and I honestly didn't want this book to end!

This was a fun quick read. I initially gave it more stars but after thinking on it a bit, I realized I just wanted more. More character development, more relational development, more about the world itself and the witches. I needed and wanted more history and connection to the characters.
