This is a self-development book under a very attractive title.
I had a very good time listening to the audiobook while driving, It was a long conversation between two friends, one of them is a former millionaire lawyer who wanted to change the way he lives. He sold his Ferarri, or to put it in another way, he let go of his old self and chose to live like a Monk.
Throwout the book he shares the knowledge he gained with his friend, to change his perspective of living.
The ideas in this book weren't particularly new, I was expecting to see more spiritual aspects instead of the normal self-development ones because I am not into the whole You are strong ! you can do it! change your life before it's too late Things. so maybe if it had another title I wouldn't have bought it I guess. But overall it was a good read that gave audiobooks another chance with me.
