The Martian

It is just a really great story of survival in the face of impossible odds. It is humorous, it has moments of great tension, it has some great characters, and it pushed all my geeky buttons. What more could you want?I listened to an audiobook version (Audible). I pretty much always have an active audiobook in my “now reading” list. However, I usually listen to books only when traveling or exercising. That was not the case with The Martian. I found myself making time to listen to it – taking my lunch alone, staying up late, skipping television programs. It was that good.
