This is a very short, mini-article about an interview with the Kaiser. Kaiser Wilhelm provides his views on Hitler. The Kaiser's perspective on Hitler is interesting and informed.

The article is extremely short, perhaps 7 paragraphs over a page and a half. The article as a whole has some historic interest and may be worth the minimal investment of $1 if you have an interest in Nazi Germany.
