The Gods of Guilt

“The Gods of Guilt” is the fifth book in the Mickey Haller series. Mickey is a defense attorney, and despite the fact he represents the lowest of the low in the criminal world, oft times getting them off on a technicality despite their obvious guilt, you can't help liking him. He has a good heart and a conscience, and sometimes, as in this book, his clients really are innocent and he will go the extra mile for them. “The Gods of Guilt” is a fast paced, thrilling read, a guilty pleasure. I highly recommend it.
