I absolutely loved the world building here, it's really unique and interesting.

I loved the MC, she's such a great character, loved how she came terms with her own flaws.

The other characters were nicely written, but none really stood out to me.

The plot was simple but effective. The writing was really good.

I do feel like it's missing something plot-wise and character-wise but it might be because it's the first in a series.

Still, I'm looking forward to the next book.
