The fact that this author was able to write a fae book that I was able to enjoy says a lot about her writing skills. I am not a fan of dreamlike scenes where things are not as they seem, and time is fucky, which always goes hand in hand with books about the fae. I couldn't skip this one though, because I've read almost all of Nash's books and I knew it would be well written. I fell in love with Raoul just as Brice did, and I adored his vulnerability peeking through. They were so sweet together
