The Fake Mate

The Fake Mate is a really cute contemporary-romance-werewolf book. Like take your typical contemporary romance and throw in werewolves, and bam, you get this book! Which is great because I love both of those things, and turns out when you mush them together you get something PRETTY DANG AWESOME.

Basically, The Fake Mate was right up my alley and if the author chose to write a million more books in this particular universe, I would be sidling right up to read ALL OF THEM. Fingers crossed for more.

My one ONE beef is that the whole blackmail thing could have been solved so much sooner if Noah like...cared to let Mackenzie make her own decisions. Instead, he makes them all for her without consulting her even once. Oh well. The rest of the book was cute (and DAMN HOT) enough for me to look past that.

And yes, this book is hot. Explicitly so. Woof.
