The Extraordinary Life of Sam Hell

This was a very quick read. The characters are rich and I like the premise of looking through the lens of the past to see how it affects the present. 

Here is why I didn't rate it higher
1. Unexplained story why was the issue with why Mickie couldn't have kids?
2. A tad to religious of me. But I get the book is about faith.
3. The back of the books description is not what I got out of the book. I know don't judge a book by its cover but it made it seem like he abandon his friends for something they did. But his friends were always there.

Again I liked the book it was not a life changing or a book that I will remember for years. Those are the books I now give 5 stars.
