I love the Magic Faraway Tree books, they were my favourite as a child. I mentioned them to my friend a while ago when she laughed at when I couldn't remember someone's name and so called them Mr. Watzisname, but
she had no idea what they were. I was so disappointed. These books were the first books I read myself and none of my friends had a clue as to what they were!

I love them, and you should definitely read them.
